Andrew Gill, LICSW, MDiv, is Consejo's North Sound Regional Director of Behavioral Health. Andrew is a compassionate bilingual leader with a strengths-based approach to problem-solving. When serving clients, he strives to provide holistic, family-centered care. He has over 15 years of clinical experience and five years of supervisory and mentoring experience. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Pomona College and an MDiv and MSW from the University of Chicago. Andrew’s clinical focus has been on children and families in crisis, serving at Seattle Children’s Hospital as a therapist, an emergency department evaluator, and a chaplain. He has been a guest lecturer and supervisor for students in the social work program at the University of Washington. Andrew leads a multi-disciplinary team at Consejo’s North Sound clinic and schools. In this 5-county region, he and his staff provide services for various schools, court systems, and community members.
