Our Story
Consejo is an award-winning agency that has provided over 30 years of culturally-competent services to growing yet underserved Latino communities with a focus on families with children. Our demonstrated outcomes across Washington State have established our noteworthy national reputation.
In Spanish, the word “consejo” means advice. Therefore, our logo depicts a Maya leader whispering words of wisdom signifying the importance of integrating Latino ancestry and cultural values as inspiration for living successfully in contemporary American society.
